Welcome to Surajyapatham, a novel initiative that is dedicated to fostering good governance in public delivery systems. It aims to develop toolkits that would assist the government agencies to deliver the services to the citizens, while upholding the principles of good governance.

My motive for starting this initiative is based on my understanding that in societies navigating transitions and resource challenges, the role of public servants is more crucial than ever. Those who value this significance must put citizens at the heart of their efforts, prioritizing their rights, welfare, and experiences. By evaluating every decision through the lens of the people’s rights, needs and aspirations, public servants can help every society attain its best possible version.

This is a platform to sensitize public servants and aspirants about this duty and empower citizens about their right to expect and demand the governance they rightfully deserve. As a vocal proponent and a practitioner of good governance, it is pertinent to use learnings from my own experiences to delve deeper into this journey of Surajya. In the process of communication I will follow the classical principles of civil service like ‘anonymity’, ‘neutrality’.
